Hope Bags provide survivors with basic items they need for those first few hours and days after they are recovered.
Each Hope Bag includes items such as:

  • Facial cleansing cloth
  • Shampoo/Conditioner
  • Toothpaste/Toothbrush
  • Body Soap
  • Sweater or Hoodie
  • Sweat Pants
  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Snacks
  • $10 food gift card

Who Can Request a Hope Bag?

Law enforcement, victim specialists, and community organizations can request NCMEC Hope Bags for distribution. Sizes range from small to large, however additional sizes are available upon special request. Gender-neutral bags are also available upon request.

Is There a Donation Required?

NCMEC Hope Bags are provided to law enforcement, victim specialists, and community organizations at no cost thanks to the generous support of volunteers and donors. If you are able to help provide some budget for shipping, that would be greatly appreciated, but not required.
